Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, all sales are final and returns will no longer be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

As a general rule, refunds are issued for unopened products returned in their original condition. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will make it right.
